TarotAmplified.com is a website (the “Site”) offering entertainment and information. Your access and use of the Site is subject to your compliance with these terms and conditions of use (the “Site Terms”). By accessing, browsing, and using the Site, you agree to be bound by the Site Terms and all applicable law. If you do not agree to be bound by the Site Terms and applicable law each time you use the Site or you do not have the authority to agree to or accept these Site Terms, you may not use the Site.

You must access and use the Site only for legal, authorized, and acceptable purposes. You must not (or assist others to) access, use, copy, adapt, modify, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, license, sublicense, transfer, display, perform, or otherwise exploit the Site in impermissible or unauthorized manners, or in ways that burden, impair, or harm us, the Site, systems, our users, or others, including that you must not directly or through automated means: (a) reverse engineer, alter, modify, create derivative works from, decompile, or extract code from the Site;  (b) send, store, or transmit viruses or other harmful computer code through or onto the Site; (c) gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Site or systems; (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Site; (e) collect the information of or about our users in any impermissible or unauthorized manner; (f) sell, resell, rent, or charge for the Site.

Intellectual Property

All “Site Materials” (defined below) are owned by us and others and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark and other laws.

Except as stated in the Site Terms, none of the Site Materials and intellectual property described in these Site Terms (including the Site Materials) may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means, including, but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, without the prior written permission of TarotAmplified.com or the respective intellectual property owner. You may electronically copy and print to hard copy portions of the Site for the sole purpose of using materials it contains for informational and non-commercial, personal use only. Any other use of the Site Materials (including any commercial use, reproduction for purposes other than described above, modification, distribution, republication, display, or performance), without the prior written permission of TarotAmplified.com, is strictly prohibited.

“Site Materials” means all materials on the Site, including, without limitation, design, HTML text, graphics, other files, photographs, codes, software layout, design forms and the selection and arrangement thereof.

Fair Use Notice

The Site contains copyrighted material the use of which has not always been specifically authorized by the copyright owner. We are making such material available in our efforts to advance understanding of health, educational, and scientific issues, etc. We believe this constitutes a fair use of any such copyrighted material as provided for in section 107 of the US Copyright Law. In accordance with Title 17 U.S.C. To notify us of a suspected copyright infringement, write to us using the contact page on the website.

Include the following (please consult your legal counsel or see Section 512(c)(3) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to confirm these requirements):

  2. A description or identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

We make no guarantees that content will always be safe, secure or error-free, or that the Site will function without disruptions, delays or imperfections.

Your use of the information on the Site or provided during a Tarot reading (whether you pay for it or it is free), is subject to the Site Terms and does not create a relationship with us or any of our directors, officers, employees or contractors. We have used reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all content on the Site. However, information on the Site or delivered during a Tarot reading (collectively, “Information”) is provided for entertainment and information purposes only and you should not rely on it to make important decisions. To the extent permitted by law, we also DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We cannot predict when issues may arise with the Site. Governing Law
